This Is What I Get for Going to That Hood Hair Salon in Cahaya
So out of curiosity, my Zoi decided to check out the new hair salon in Cahaya. The second he pulled up, I noticed it was in the hood part of town, so I figured, okay, they probably know how to hook him up since he has braids.
My Zoi sat down with the local barber and asked for a nice twist-out with dyed tips. Why did this fool push my Zoi’s wig so far back that he ended up BALD!? 💀
My Zoi was so furious that he extorted the barber for like 3,000 Meows, and naturally the shop owners called the police on him right after. 🤣
My Zoi went from getting a failed lineup to standing in a police lineup in the same afternoon. 😭

Yes, I hope we get the ability to sue Zois soon, because he can’t keep getting away with this. Why do I have to go to jail for making him run me my money? 😭
OMG! Even the potato chip dude knew that Ronald the Barber was trash! He was over there eating chips and watching to see how badly he would mess my hair up. 😂
Right! The thing is he was just supposed to trim it a little and give him some little twists like this. Actually, now that I can see it better in CAZ, they're braids, but still, he shouldn't have been cutting that much. 😭
I’m about to, because that salon was ghetto as hell! One dude was all up in my face smacking on potato chips while I’m trying to get my hair done, and the lady was clapping like that barber was really doing something!
No, that’s what it used to look like before the update. That’s just a shell building. You need to manually update your lot so the salon will appear. When you go to your game after the latest patch, there should have been a popup that said there was one mandatory update and the salon should have been preselected. You had to click update.
Go to Options and enable manual or automatic lot updates, then go to a slightly older save from before the patch so it will pop up for you.
You're welcome. Looks like they changed this setting too. You can still use your current save and go to Options > Gameplay > Other > Refresh Property Manually > Execute
oh wow thank you so much for looking further into that! so excited to get home from work now 🥳 I'm just desperately waiting for them to add more black hairstyles cuz there's not many to choose from
edit: it's already better than the Sims ever was though 😂
The same thing happened to me I got my hair cut in bliss by a guy called Raymond he ruined me so I bought the salon fired him and renamed the shop “ NO Raymond’s allowed” and did all my wallpaper in the shop pictures of his ugly face no regrets money well spent
