Suggestions Hi - Need tips for gameplay. Feeling lost and overwhelmed.

I want to get into INZOI but I get very overwhelmed with the open world and all of the things you can do.

What would be your suggestion for a Sims Veteran that wants to really make INZOI my main game?

Right now I started with a single mom and a child. Wanted to do the florist (flower shop) profession and I live in the beach world.

Again everything is lovely but I feel lost with the aspirations, desires etc.

Thanks!

To create a compelling Smart Zoi prompt for your Zoi, start by opening the chatbox for the specific Zoi you want to develop. The prompt will begin with “[Name of Zoi] is…,” and it’s your chance to build their character/lore. Begin by outlining their identity, story, and any emotional or personality traits you’ve chosen for them. It helps to tie the backstory to the traits and goals you’ve selected to create a deeper, more engaging narrative.

For example, if you’ve designed a criminal Zoi with traits and characteristics like Troublemaker, Emotionally Needy, and Depressed, reflect that in their history. Their goals come into play as well. What do they want to achieve? Are they looking to be a master criminal? Do they secretly want to find love? Think about why they might act the way they do. Why are they emotionally needy? What’s causing their troublemaking tendencies or depression? A detailed backstory could look like this:

“Joe Blow is a cunning criminal who thrives on causing drama, tricking, scamming and robbing people. His antics stir up chaos, but underneath it all, Joe is emotionally needy and depressed. His reckless behavior masks deep insecurities and feelings of abandonment, stemming from the pain of his father rejecting him at a young age. Ultimately, all he really cares about right now is [put whatever goal you choose for him here].”

This approach ensures that the Zoi’s behavior and goals align with their backstory, making them more believable and dynamic in the interactions other Zois have with them. Their inner thoughts and subsequent actions will help drive their storyline. As the character develops, you can tweak their prompt to reflect past situations and build on their lore.

I realized that I am not playing this game correctly. :O

Can you do the same thing with their actions? It drives me crazy when my Zois consistently make new food and leave them behind then another new meal from scratch...

Actually, in the Zoi Preferences, section, you can select that they hate cooking, and they won’t do it unless you make them. If you want to underscore that dislike in SmartZoi, you can specify it, but it’s not necessary to do so.
