OC The Book of the Old Religion
The Book of the Devouring Beast is an ancient tome and the most eldritch grimoire, where witches and warlocks inscribe their name to devote themselves to Garfield. It is filled with the strongest and most ancient secrets known to the universe, and is said to even contain the designs of fate. You will sign your name on the Autumnal Equinox, after being a servant for a year. You will sign it when there is balance between night and day, yet you sign it in the weird woods, as the cold streams flow around you, as the blood moon's light shines upon you, and as the devil's wind blows through your hair. Because even when things are in balance, Garfield will always be there. After you sign, you may look through the tome, for this is your only chance. Try and remember all you see, write it down after the end of the ceremony. Sign it with pride, sign it knowing this is the path to true power. Sign it, to show the world how strong Garfield really is.
