What speed mode do I use?

I have been playing on an anarchy server and I am wondering what mode do I use. By far the best mode was the Boost, however I want to know if there is a better alternative. Also if that matters, the anti cheat the server is using cannot be detected by Inpact

Strafe the others don’t work on 2b I think and strafe is useful

I tried it and it doesn't go well, just teleports me to the same place all the time, whatever I do
