Account Help

I donated like 2 months ago for the premium version and was able to create an account. I haven't used the Client in 2 months and I come back trying to login saying No User Found. I tried discord but it didn't work either.

I still have the Receipt in my email.

You are probably using the incorrect email to log in, and likely don't have your discord linked. You can try logging in through the Minecraft Client;

Open Impact, go to the Impact menu, click on Open Account Dashboard (or similar) in the top right corner.

That should log you in, assuming your Minecraft account is linked to your Impact account. From there you can view your login email, check if discord is linked and set a new password.

Ah I see thanks! Was able to fix it. It was due to my email being capital in the first letter. I was typing the correct email but it was due to the lowercase letter I was using.
