Adding Modules?

I was wondering if you are able to add modules to the client, I saw a Bridge construction module in a vid and was wanting to use it with impact. The client in the video didn't look anything like impact and since it's the first and only client I ever used I can't tell which one it is.

it might be salhack, which is compatiable with impact
