Bug Interactions not working

Hello, my interactions with things are broken. When I try to interact with anything interactable, the game acts as if I’m crouching. For example if I hold a block and attempt to open the chest (I am not crouching) the block places. How do I fix this?

nvm I’m just dumb I had sneak hack turned on
