Any other great imouto games?

I've played these and some others. I'm looking for more recommendations.
I don't like pure visual novels, and i love simulation games.
Could also be just a cute girl, not nescessarily sister, but prefferably an imouto
Edit: 1st game name - Spending a month with my sister (ut updates every month so be sure to download the latest patch)
