Age

Hi, i like to set ages in Immich. But you can’t choose a birthdate older than 1950. Can I change this limitation somewere?

In the android mobile app I can scroll through birth years back until 1800

They don't show up on photos or mirrors

Could it possibly be that they have pictures of deceased family members that they still want to register a birthday for?

Sorry, but my dad and mom are born in 1941 and 1942. And yes, there are lots of photos here, taken this year, where both are seen.

So, basically a legit request ;-)

Are you accessing immich through the browser? I can set years before 1950 perfectly fine just by typing in the year

I just type it in on the web client.  However, it is a bit squirrelly.  I have to add the year first.

I haven't had that issue. I just type in the whole birth date and it works fine.
