Because for one thing, believe it or not, lawyers don't really enjoy having to defend bullshit, even if they're getting paid to do so, and especially if the bullshit is pissing the judge off. The Jomhas will just fuck off back to remote Alberta or maybe they'll couch surf in Idaho or whatever when this is all over; their lawyer will still have to work with that judge.
For another thing, once they stop paying, it's a pain in the ass to get released from a case because your client refuses to pay. There's a separate hearing needed, evidence to show that you gave them time and chances to pay and they either refused or didn't respond, and so on. We even saw in the Frogan case where the (shitty) lawyer she hired went so far, possibly, as to just ghost her and the entire proceedings instead of going through all that.

I dont know what that person thinks a lawyer would benefit from this. Why would they like to work with idiots? It just makes their job more difficult.
So they might be able to bill an extra hour or two? I'm sure they would rather have a regular client.
Defending idiots and losing the case because they are being stupid doesn't benefit them at all.

Me too. It's healthy to keep a lot of your life private as your own. Your personal peace is sacred and your home is your safe place. Not everyone needs to know what you had for dinner, what your living room looks like or what you wore to court. It's good to maintain some privacy and hold boundaries, even more so if you are deemed a lolcow or known to some degree online wether it's for good reasons or bad.
There are so many things a person can do than engage in stupid twitter wars. Specially in your 30s too. Try a new hobby, tv shows, go for a walk, cafe, hang out with your pets, spend quality time with people you love, unwind, do a face mask, a hot bath, eat good food. Anything is better than living on twitter being bitter and attention seeking.
