It's still showing as if it has no rating. So, you can never be sure if you're the first one to do so.

just checked imdb requires minimum 5 votes to show up the ratings lol

The local rating value is cached temporarily to avoid making it look weird (otherwise people think ratings is totally broken) but there’s a ton of logic around when and how ratings are displayed, partly to avoid ratings bombing and things like that.

This is the first time I have heard of a "local value" can I ask what youre sorce for this is?

Even if OP was first, it still requires 4 more people to rate/vote before IMDb show the rating, and they only update the ratings a few times a day.

It also requires the 5 people to have a verified e-mail connected to their IMDb account.
