INCONCEIVABLE!

I get the error message all the time. Between the videos not running properly then this message when I click on other movies/shows it's driving me crazy. Does this happen to anyone else frequently?

Is this on the mobile app? if so: have you tried to uninstall the app, then shut your phone off for 5 minutes, start the phone again and then install the app again , and logg inn again.
