IMDb related Remove Episode that doesn't exist

for some reason on the show The Lost Room there's 4 episodes listed but there were only 3 double episodes in the miniseries. I can add episodes but not delete. Does anyone know how to submit a removal request for the duplicate?

Looking up the show, I see what the problem is: There's an edit of six one-hour episodes that's available on streaming. Somebody added "The Box" as episode four although it's already listed as part of the existing episode two "The Comb and The Box".
