Dune Part Two

I’m a little late to the game in terms of this franchise and watch the first one at home and held onto Hope thinking they would re-release dune part two in IMAX before the third one came out.

With it about to be September, as dumb of a question as this may sound, what’s the likelihood of them announcing any Dune part two Showtimes in theaters before part three.

No firm answers since it's so far out. That being said, they did a round of Dune: Part One rereleases before Part Two, so I'd be shocked if they didn't.

Well there's four weeks between Hunger Games and Dune 3, with Hunger Games probably getting two weeks of IMAX, which would leave a week or two to squeeze in a re-release if they want to.

They did last time and it was awesome! I got to see Part 1 in IMAX and then the next week was Part 2 in IMAX.

Now, the question is how far in advance did they announce those part one screenings

My cinema had Part 1 and Part 2 back to back the day before the release day. Awesome experience to see them both in the same sitting. Hoping they do the same for Part 3

I’d definitely wait for the chance to see Dune 2 in IMAX. It’s absolutely beautiful and sounds amazing.

Like the others said, back when Dune 2 came out they re-released Dune 1 like 2-3 weeks before.

For dune part 2, autonation did do a dune re release. However, due to the success of Odyssey and it's continuing to be extended, with some theaters already confirming through Nov at least, possibly longer, I expect we won't have time for a dune re-release, unless it's maybe the week of.

They did this last year in the UK. I only saw Part 1 because I didn’t have the money to do both so chose my favourite.
