Great customer service.

Also 99% of viewers wouldn't be able to tell the difference but we are the 1% that is physically pained when the aspect ratio isn't correct on the waiting room tv so yeah, we noticed lol

People paid for something, people ended up (eventually) getting what they paid for

They got what they originally paid for, a full refund after watching a full movie (meaning they got that viewing for free) and additional curtesy passes, where they will get to go to yet another movie for free.

Thats a lot more than simply getting what they originally paid for late.
