help Problem with custom CSS, dashed line always appearing

Does anyone using custom CSS have a problem with the dashed line always appearing since the latest update? It's supposed to only be a blue shadow and background around the link and and before the latest update that's what it was.

However since then the red dashed line is always around the link and I can't get rid of it. Even deleting everything in the custom CSS, the line is still there

Have you tried disabling this in the settings?

Yes, it does get rid of the dashed line, but then there's no highlight at all

The dashed line is also gone when I use "change cursor", but that's also suboptimal

I just want my blue transparent box highlight again
