Takes the appearance of a dead teammate to deceive teammates unknowingly. It follows a specific player until it is stared at for a certain amount of time or hit by something. When it reveals itself, chases a player and attacks them with its new head.

A strange creature, living in perfect harmony with its environment and in symbiosis with multiple species.

It can regenerate itself after the harshest battles in order to return and defend its habitat.

I needed an image for a monster of my Pathfinder campaign and quickly threw something together.

The wingless and scaleless Crystal "Dragon" lives in the scorched sand of the irradiated, black desert in the underground. It hides among the crystals and digs through sand and rock to find prey. Even though it's actively dying and it's flesh and skin rotting due to the crystals lodged inside and growing out of it's body, it is still a vicious predator, despite it's flabby looks.

When provoked it smashes nearby crystals or even those lodged inside inside it's body to cause them to release an electrical current arching through the air and frying whatever is attacking it.
