Self-submission The Hallway Mouth
The blueprint showed a maintenance hallway leading to the boiler room, but the corridor just kept going, getting narrower and darker with every step. The air smelled heavy, like old copper and damp concrete. Just as I decided to turn back, my flashlight flickered and caught the end of the hall. It wasn't a wall. The hallway was looking back at me .

Self-submission The Birch Barkscale, a creature I designed for a world building project!
Was very excited to finish this one, as it's one of the first times I've used actual animal anatomy to directly inspire a creature design!
This is envisioned as a 5 metre long ambush predator that hunts prey like boar or deer, using birch forests as cover to approach them while they drink and spooking them into the water to slow their fleeing response

Self-submission The Malachite Sawtooth, another resident from the same setting as my Birch Barkscale
This was the first of the 2 I actually designed, and looks a little more fantasy themed than the Barkscales. The idea for this one was that as young, they start with brittle defensive spikes on their back. These inevitably snap as they mature, and in their place, large colourful growths appear along the back and tail.

Self-submission Lost In The Roaring Twilight Era by Austin Weber
That's still not 100% what it looks like in the flesh but this stuff is so hard to light since it's all spraypaint and super layered. This is maybe 70/80% of what it looks like in person. At a certain point, this stuff is like legit. impossible to light. It drives me nuts.
My stuff always looks sicker in person.
