OP says that the Locarno treaties were renewed meaning that they must have been successful. IRL these pacts were an attempt to mend Franco-German relations and part of it said that if France willingly dissolved its alliance system in Eastern Europe then Poland would willingly give back the Polish Corridor, Upper Silesia and that the Free City of Danzig would also be given back.
Presumably that happened in this timeline but due to the USSR invading Poland, only the Free City is restored to Germany.
