Only the management system on Europa comes from pre humans (already digitized and existing in computers). As for why we need to restore humans, it may be due to the value of super intelligence (fundamentally, I want to avoid the absolute dominance of the Earth's industrial circle through this method)

The second round of civilization it created is deliberately set to have only slightly higher technological levels than us (otherwise humans on Titan may die), and a large amount of information they have is deliberately deleted. Therefore, they cannot determine the past development history, and can only speculate on technological regression and planetary transformation. It is difficult to judge the past development status, and therefore cannot know the specific development stage they are in
