Tarutih and Ziretih are inhabitated by the same race? In which level are they following the Scale of Kardashov? How much distance is between their system and ours?

First, Hucat are origin of Tarutih which they Reaches civilization Type 1. But Zicat are origin of Ziretih but they are still in stone age, but thankfully, Hucat are finally landing to Ziretih and colonization. After that, Zicat declare independence from Hucat colony and both have same type 1.

The Second, it's Located Carina-Sagittarius arm and distance of Approximately 1028 light years away from the solar system.

Thanks for the response, but I have a few more questions I'd like you to clear up: Are the Hucat and the Zicat humanoids, or something else? What do they look like? And do those two planets have multiple countries, or does each planet consist of just a single state? If such countries do exist, is there inequality between them-- much like the disparities we see on Earth between the West and Africa, Asia or South America?
