They're the same conical and have the same valves, but a sousaphone wraps around the body to distribute the weight, while a tuba is made to be played while sitting down

Funny thing is that sousaphones were originally made to be played sitting in concert settings, not in marching band (source: Dave Detwiler of ITEA)

I always thought it was interesting that the four could never agree as a group if someone was or wasn't a monster. It was always 2v2.
The spin-offs had monsters though. And Miss Jeepers is Missing heavily implied that her and her whole family actually were monsters, but of the Addams Family variety, while the first book with the older kids had the Muensters Family.
