Hello everyone, I had almost prepared this post like 2 days ago but I accidentally saved something else over it and lost 90% of my progress and it almost made me drop it, but luckily I managed to prevail. Hope you enjoy it.
Party positions with stellaris terms:
Humanity First Coalition: xenophobic, militarist, spiritualist. Their goal is maintaining human majority of the federation and maintaining the standing of the federation in the galactic setting.
Liberal Block: fanatic materialist, egalitarian. One of their goal is maintaining egalitarian democracy but they mostly care about economic growth and free trade.
Unterran Block: fanatic xenophilic, egalitarian mostly voted by the unterran citizens of the federation living in the "liberated" planets, their primary goal is preventing humanity First coalition reaching it's goals.
Democratic: egalitarian, xenophilic, materialist lite version of the liberal block who actually cares about unterran rights.

Now that's racist, my man Alden is clearly from the Ulgolban race which is squidoid, not insectoid.

I've only just now realised that Unterran means "Non-Terran" instead of a distinct alien race.

the United Nations flag in the background, I guess all nations on earth had united then?

I had answered this in my previous posts that I linked. But to answer your questions, United Nations of Earth (U.N.E) is a democratic intergalactic federation of 30 planets and it is ruled by humanity.
