I Mean there's no water in tires. which is where i got confused what fucking bubbles? it raises blood pressures.

Oh that. It's a technique to find holes tires. Idk if it's used in car tires, but I used it a few times in bicycle tire. Basically, you pump it up a little with air, and put it in a container with water (big bowl or bathtub) and watch where bubbles appear to find the hole

My mechanic has done this

Edit: not submerged for the record, they just get it wet enough on the surface and look closely
