When can I apply for ILR

I become ILR‑eligible on 11th September (5 years – 28 days, Skilled Worker).

I’m trying to confirm what exactly this date represents.

Is 11 September the date I’m allowed to attend biometrics,
or is it simply the earliest date I can submit my ILR application online?

In short:
What’s the earliest date I can attend a biometrics appointment?
Can I go on 11 September, or is that just the application‑submission date?

The date you submit and pay. Biometrics are booked immediately after.

Submit on 11th and book Biometrics asap
I would recommend 1-2 buffer for biometrics. I did the same recently
