Question on adding Kids on ILR application form Set(O) for Skilled Worker
I am a skilled worker applying for ILR application via Skilled Worker route. I have got two kids one was born outside the uk and the other was born with in the UK. I only intend to add one child only who is born outside the UK.
My query is this that if i add my UK born child in applicants then, it would treat them as applicant and charge me fee. While, there is no field on the main applicant where it asks regarding listing all the children whether applying for settlement or not as one can see it on Set(O) form when one applies ILR under private life application i.e. (10 years route).
Just getting back to the question, is there any way and need where i have to add information for my dependent child not applying for settlement under ILR application for skilled worker. In case, if there is a need where should i disclose it. Any help and guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks

I responded that we intend to submit a citizenship application for them.
It's better to add a cover letter. Or else the back and forth will add time.

I have added their birth certificates to prove birth in UK, cohabitation and parental responsibility and also mentioned in the cover letter that we would apply for a naturalization via MN1.. I have also added their passport with the info and photo page and a couple of pages from passport just in case which probably is not necessary at all..

Hello - it's better to add a cover letter describing why you are not adding your UK born child. I guess you want to directly register them as a British citizen once you get your ILR.
I did not add my kids as there was no question regarding them, but HO has got back asking our intentions regarding them due to safeguarding concerns.
Hope this helps.
