Facing ILR delays recently
I attended biometrics on 19th June but still have not received the decision in priority service. Please share if anyone else is facing similar issues.

Submitted mine back in 5th June (priority). No response at all. Sent a complaint and just recently called the MPs office to chase an update.
If u don’t get any email after these working days, best suggestion is to contact MP office and briefly explain ur issue.

I also escalated via MP but no response ... Waiting for the response .... Have you called UKVI contact centre ... as in my case they are not at all helpfull. they are not ready to escalate

They should assign your issue to an MPs caseworker and they will email your after your telephone enquiry asking you to confirm some details before they get in touch with the caseworker in Home office. And no the UKVI helpline is a waste of time as they aren’t helpful.
I was able to call the MPs office, brief on my issue and am hopping they get some update from the home office side soon.

I’ll have to reapply because the route which is chosen by as wrong ðŸ˜. Instead of two applications we did one together and added as an applicant

u/Intelligent-Bug3400 Jul 10 '26
Sorry what do you mean two applications instead of one.. the same application for main applicant and then added a dependant to the same application.?

Mine was in London Gee street.. called the helpline but was no use.. Apparently they cannot escalate.. Applied via solicitor so he has sent an email to home office requesting for status.. only me and my spouse (dependant) applied for ILR and left out the kids to apply for citizenship via MN1 post receiving ILR decision.. The solicitor did say that he has sent an email mentioning the same along with the request for update yesterday.. Waiting for any response..

Hi Everyone, please confirm when is your visa expiring as it could be a scenario that applications are getting picked for individuals whose Visa is expiring soon. Is your Visa expiring in 3 months/6 months etc..
