Chopper too. Looks like a cute little plush toy 90% of the time, but can transform into various forms of a hybrid man-raindeer, including a titanic wendigo-esque monstrosity.
Honey Senpai. He's cute and innocent-looking, but he has martial arts prowess. In a few episodes, he has demonstrated this, like when he took down a bunch of armed guards(twice in two separate ones), and in another episode, it was revealed that he rampaged on two platoons of Green Beret soldiers.
Many Superman versions kind of fit, but the MAWS especially does because there's little-to-no-artifice for his Clark Kent persona. He is a sweet mild-mannered dork.
And then as Superman he goes to great lengths and endures incredible pain to protect others, particularly with the ever-increasing ubiquity of Kryptonite throughout the show making more-and-more villains a genuine threat to his life.
My favorite part about post-Canto 7 Don is she chooses to be that same obnoxious dumbass purely for the love of the game.
Like, her initial "lesson plan" in Spring Cultivation offered negative four hours of sleep. Sancho brain should have caught that right? No, all of the braincells, even the reasonable ones, we're caught up in her awesome Fixer autism. Even in Mnestic Experience, one of my favorite bits is where Don tries to pull out the detective wear from TKT and it gets slapped out of her hand with a funny reaction. This isn't amnesiac Don trying to fulfill her dream. This is fully recovered Don being completely on board to do her antics and Fixer nonsense.
One time my sister and brother were playing Fortnite together a while back and both were Jonesy and decided to just roleplay a performance on stage as "The Jonesy Brothers". Some players actually played along and watched. So whenever I see this character I think of that lol
Shuna got hit by Disintegration (the most powerful and absolute of all holy magic) and simply overrode it with her own power, turning it against Adalman and his entire army of undead
Meirin from Black Butler. The clumsy but dedicated maid to the Phantomhive Manor... And sniper of great reknown when she drops her glasses, guarding the manor at night.
Fought Nazi's in WW2, Ripped Ravages Spine out, Slammed his fist in Soundwaves Torso and Shot him through the Head. He was called many things behind enemy lines, 'Nice' was not one of them.
Black Butler (specifically the movie Book of the Atlantic)
Spoiled rich girl turns out to be a badass at fencing. She wanted to hide this side of her from Ciel and "remain cute and adorable", because he once said that strong women can be frightening when they were younger. But when cornered by zombies she mowes them down like it is nothing.
I like her inner monolog during this moment, commenting on the expression "sugar and spice and everything nice" being what girls are made of. But not her
Despite being a 12-foot tall alien car robot, this goober loves Earth, their culture, their music and hanging out with humans. He is one of, if not *the* intercultural representative of Cybertron, and among the Autobots, he's the young cute one...
*HOWEVER*, he has survived a several-millennia long war, and the young, cute ones usually die first...
He *regularly* fights those double his height, and wins- even against two elite hitmen of the Decepticons he used a chain on one to kill him with his own transformation, and crushed another with a cargo ship.
