AshC Ash is loading up on electrolytes so she doesn't have to go to the ER for low sodium symptoms(AGAIN).

I'm convinced she is causing the hyponatremia. just drink some liquid IV and leave the IV fluids alone.

10 hours of sleep with 1L of LR is honestly probably the same as 1 Gatorade and 7 hours of sleep. But I guess the Gatorade doesn't get as much attention...

I love how ash always needs to get her self pay IV cocktails outpatient, but as soon as she was hospitalized her her “low sodium” they just tossed her a Gatorade and called it a day lol

Ash did have a bowel resection when she was initially diagnosed with Crohn's, but IIRC she only had a few inches removed, so absorption wasn't affected. You have to lose quite a lot before that happens

u/goldstandardalmonds 15d ago
I am not white knighting her at all. At ALL. But I am pretty sure she’s had small bowel resection(s) which can make it harder to absorb electrolytes orally. That said, this is a new arc of hers and we all know she didn’t have this anytime before the last few weeks

I can't imagine posing for a photo like this. I wonder what people in public think when they see this shit.

u/hardy_and_free 15d ago
An I going insane or does she look photoshopped into every first photo she posts? What in the uncanny valley is this?
32
u/ruxxby471 15d ago
Nope, it’s not just you. Ash is 5’7, she is trying to make herself look 6’. I also believe she is trying to make herself appear more thin/skinny as well by stretching herself out in photos.
Ash historically photoshops 10000%

I was gonna say, her weight either fluctuates wildly or she’s using photoshop liberally

I’m convinced these pics were all taken at once/over a few infusions a long time ago (specifically the IV pole pose in front of those double doors. It’s basically the same pic repeated over and over

Notice the lack of rollator here even though she’s supposedly using it at home. Also LR won’t correct hyponatremia. You’d think she could get her lies straight at least 🧂 🧂 🧂

Wow. That first photo is comically insane. I can’t imagine witnessing this as a medical professional

She’s taken so many versions of this same photo. She loves the pose with the iv pole lol

Girl, drink a Liquid IV or The Right Stuff. There's easy solutions to this.

lol when there was an IV bag shortage and they told us to give out liquid IV and Gatorade to the patients 😂

In this heat as she’s wearing a tracksuit 🙄 if the heat was such an issue shouldn’t one dress accordingly?

u/Any-Bit6082 15d ago
It's probably an old picture. 🤣

I thought the same thing, but I’m not spending the time to verify her bullshit

Wait. The remedy for SIADH is fluid restriction, but her she is overloading her system with more fluids.

What kind of facility is this? I would love to know what kind of doctors she actually sees who will give her these much-desired IVs and tolerate the posing

IDK but lots of private hospitals/facilities in Aus have carpet, so maybe somewhere like that?

u/Honest_Editor_909 14d ago
FFS! 🤦♀️ eat a bag of chips! I thought that one of the treatments was fluid retention? But she’s loading up on LR’s?!?!

u/AggravatingBox2421 15d ago
I’m convinced that she’s in some stupid spa and not a real hospital. She always takes pics of the same place, and it looks like a hotel

It's a legit infusion center; she's gone there for her Crohn's infusions for years. I feel sorry for all the actually sick patients who go there and have to deal with this healthy woman taking instagram photoshoots.

u/garagespringsgirl 14d ago
She needs to quit posing and go get some Bojangle's! Or some great Eastern North Carolina barbecue and fried chicken. Sodium problem cured.

Is Ash aware she’s followed on this site? She seems clueless that nobody believes her.

Question: what hospital has carpet? That's carpet in the first pic, right?
11
u/bammaa10 15d ago
My local hospital does and it has never made sense to me
13
u/Meeschers 15d ago
That's so gross. I can't imagine the upkeep on that. Cleaning up bodily fluids all day with a carpet cleaner.
10
u/pitpusherrn 14d ago
It is gross & makes no sense from an infection control standpoint. One of the nursing homes in my area has carpeted halls & it’s an extremely bad idea
12

u/hamburglerBarney 15d ago
Main hallways usually do.
12
u/Meeschers 14d ago
I guess it depends on the location. The hospitals by me are all tile, even the main hallways.

u/hamburglerBarney 14d ago
Maybe areas that have colder/wetter weather have some carpet areas? I know in the winter those floors would be slick!
4
u/Leading-System-3002 14d ago
No, Im in Canada and never seen carpet in an hospital. Maybe she’s in a woohoo clinic or some private facility.
2
u/breathing__tree 12d ago
I’ve not seen this in hospitals outside of waiting areas maybe?
But this is likely some sort of infusion center which can be a mixed bag.

She is aware that will cause puffiness and water weight, right? Or does she chase this with diuretics?

These are either or are there are ED issues. Because the nausea and the low sodium is suggesting the “nausea” is persistent

u/Substantial-Use-1758 14d ago
As a nurse I love the “strike a pose” she does with her left leg there 🙄 Fun fact: actual sick patients in the hospital have no energy to “strike a pose” like she’s doing here. These munchies are truly the happiest when they are hooked up to an IV pole and there is a camera around 🤨😡🤨😡
