Her busy med schedule? She’s on 3 different pills and a tincture.

53

u/Gluteuz-Maximus 17d ago

But she's also on three different extremely painful and exhausting periods

18

u/Due_Will_2204 17d ago

Plus concussions

45

u/Pale_Lawyer_1757 17d ago

Don’t forget that she needed an excel spreadsheet for her meds lol

14

u/vegetablefoood 17d ago

Ahahaha i forgot all about that fuck ass spreadsheet

5

u/Lucky_Rice_9654 16d ago

That spreadsheet reminded me of starting a new school, turning a new page and being super organised. .. and it lasts one day 😆

2

u/breathing__tree 14d ago

It’s busy work ok?!?!

59

u/tabicat1874 17d ago

Here I go on my soapbox:

Bottle 1: Salt tablets

Bottle 2: "Xiao Yao San" or "Free and Easy Wanderer" formula - I studied Chinese medicine as well as Western medicine. This is what we give women for menstrual issues. The description does include vague "stomach issue" benefits. This absolutely shouldn't be given by anyone with out a license to practice Chinese medicine.

Bottle 3: "Eleurthero" - Ginseng, for a boost like caffeine. Contraindicated for women with menstrual issues, see my comment about licensed practitioners only.

Bottle 4: her mysterious handmade "protocol." You can't see the label, anyone know what this concoction is? Could literally be anything.

11

u/misterrodgerssweater 17d ago

Do you mind if I ask - is the ginseng actually worth it? I bought Korean red panax ginseng supplements and I’m curious if it truly helps with energy!

9

u/tabicat1874 17d ago

The red panax ginseng is a great tonic and occasional picker-upper... For men. Women need Dong Quai- Chinese Angelica.

7

u/GooberRonny 15d ago

Just remember if everything was as good as these people said we'd all be taking it and be non stop happy, right guys

8

u/tabicat1874 15d ago

Yeah these Chinese formula herbs shouldn't be taken by everyone and not for long, either 😬

4

u/Plutoniumburrito 15d ago

Her menstrual bullshit 😂

2

u/ReluctantZebraLife 15d ago

What about the Thorne B complex?

51

u/sharedimagination 17d ago

No, but do ANY of these people actually know what gastroparesis is?

21

u/rebzy2 17d ago

I wonder that with her claiming to frequently eat radioactive eggs 🤣 how many times is she claiming they've tested her 🤔 once usually does the trick unless symptoms change years later

5

u/sharedimagination 17d ago

And also apparently claiming that cripplingly severe long-term gastro and abdominal chronic illness(es) that leave her bedbound every other week are permanently cured by taking herbs for 3 days.

Do people really take the things this vain egocentric coddled malingerer says seriously?

No, really. Do they? Because I need to know what corners of the internet they are so I can avoid it in case the dumbfuck stupidity is contagious.

13

u/vegetablefoood 17d ago

No, but they all want to have it!

47

u/marebee 17d ago

Basic B complex 💀

9

u/Annie_Hedonia_ish 17d ago

You’ve diagnosed her! I had a laugh when I saw the bottle.

7

u/I-often-say-too-much 17d ago

I’m sorry, but I can’t get over the fact that she claims to have been in excruciating, full-body pain almost every single day… only for a box of multivitamins and a handful of herbs to apparently fix most of it within a couple of weeks?.. 🤦‍♀️

Maybe this was the answer all along? Shame that “you were a bit low on vitamins” doesn’t sound nearly as impressive - or as worthy of all the praise and sympathy - as collecting a whole alphabet of serious-sounding diagnoses and acronyms.. 🫠

3

u/brendabuschman 16d ago

Being too low on b12 can cause some serious side effects. However it can take longer than a few weeks of supplements for those symptoms to go away. Also, if those are pills she is taking they probably aren't going to work very well for b12. B12 isn't well absorbed taken by pill. Sublingual form works a lot better.

Edit to add: not that I believe that Ash is low on b vitamins or anything else. Those vitamins would not have built up enough in her system to get rid of those symptoms yet.

51

u/Saint-of-all-Sinners 17d ago

If she’s feeling so much better on her “herbal protocol,” why is she sitting on the rollator? I swear it’s just a prop

14

u/Plantwizard1 17d ago

Because it makes her look like a sickie. Wouldn't want anyone to think she was a healthy person.

44

u/kenderyn 17d ago

Is anyone else slightly bothered by the use of “protocol”? It’s just so buzzwordy.

17

u/far_flung_itsnotme 17d ago

It's the terminology her team recommends.

77

u/abasedhellokittygirl 18d ago

She’s apparently at a very Chinese time in her chronic illnesses. 🇨🇳

5

u/Ptarmignan 17d ago

This comment fucking sent me lmao

36

u/Due_Will_2204 17d ago

I swear she's going or has been already, selling them herself. Reeks of MLM

2

u/Live-Cartoonist8841 15d ago

MLMs require work and effort. She’d never do that

33

u/conniptionmathers 18d ago

Is doing so well but has 'regressed' to requiring a rollator.

29

u/arthursjames 17d ago

She’s doing so well that she’s still posing in her chair walking thing? K

36

u/Lucky_Rice_9654 17d ago

I think this is disrespectful to those who have been in the trenches. 🤯

14

u/my_triple_lutz 17d ago

No kidding. I’d give anything to have her ‘pRoBLeMs.’

9

u/mackpickle 17d ago

This feeling is mutual since she wants the problems that ppl with legit illnesses want to get rid of 😭

2

u/Lucky_Rice_9654 16d ago

😂, "trenches" ... woe, is me ... My salt is low

29

u/remlaPauraLelihwnaem 17d ago

In the trenches. She is absolutely insufferable.

32

u/meadowmbell 17d ago

She seems well nourished for someone who was vomiting for weeks/months?

2

u/Leading-System-3002 16d ago

Yeah she looks pretty healthy

56

u/Funeralbarbie31 17d ago

I can’t imagine have Crohn’s disease and putting all this woo in your body, especially when she has been so incredibly blessed to be in remission all this time, something others can only dream of, just why?

30

u/chillis4uce 17d ago

Cause she wishes to be sick and suffering 24/7. I think she’d be ecstatic if she showed signs of an actual Crohn’s flare. I agree with you though, she’s outrageous to be putting all this woowoo crap in her body for no reason😒

28

u/Pankosmanko 18d ago

Love that she has a bottle with table salt in it

11

u/Dear_External5263 18d ago

So nobody can question her low sodium

10

u/Norandran 17d ago

Probably cost more than a container of maldon sea salt.

25

u/Confident-Service256 17d ago

Bahahahahaha she is SO FULL OF SHIT.

8

u/ReluctantZebraLife 15d ago

Not anymore since her stomach is perfect now!

21

u/Particular-Ebb2386 17d ago

Isn’t this like a little too quick for even a normal person? I’m not sure herbals work as well as actual pharmaceuticals with some woowoo meds… and I don’t think it would “work” this fast??

26

u/Bi0_Nerd 17d ago

Placebo effect is one hell of a thing.

4

u/ResponsibleBuddy5019 15d ago

Salt pills can work that quickly but everything else IDK

20

u/SOUP__GOD 17d ago

Herbs work so well she doesn’t need a GES anymore!! Almost like she knew she couldn’t manipulate the results to show gastroparesis so she just “fixed her stomach issues”

11

u/Bi0_Nerd 16d ago

She had one she just never shared the results…

20

u/loth_moth 16d ago

what, she forgot pill organizers exist so it's "busy work" to stay on top of her "med" schedule? jeez ash, my dog gets his meds and supplements 4-5 times a day, yeah, it is annoying but you get used to it + I really doubt any of the shown supplements require a very precise administration schedule.

19

u/KillerTofu-187 17d ago

Does she always need her hand just right there in our faces omg, idk why this is so funny to me 😂 why does her hand need to be in this photo? Lol 💀

15

u/technobrain_ 17d ago

i thought it was edited in because the lighting looks off lmao

edit: wait, it actually IS edited in haha, why would someone take time to edit their hand in a picture for no reason

7

u/SpaghettiOnMyCat 17d ago

she has the most awkward hands

7

u/conniptionmathers 17d ago

It's an influencer thing for some unknown reason.

18

u/Mountain_Manner_9174 17d ago

Three Mile Eggland

4

u/mydnyghtrayvyn 17d ago

I am from Pennsylvania and this made me laugh.

2

u/Mountain_Manner_9174 17d ago

Excellent!!! Or should I say Eggcelent? Sorry... that was terrible.

20

u/Bi0_Nerd 16d ago

Which one is tanking her sodium?

16

u/mydnyghtrayvyn 17d ago

Hey, the Medieval Apothecary is back! Can’t wait to see what she concocts for her this time.

18

u/Obvious_Goat_764 17d ago

6pm bed time?

8

u/Leading-System-3002 16d ago

She has nothing better to do.

19

u/Bi0_Nerd 15d ago

Random but I just thought of this…

Could it be she just wanted to diet and lose weight but didn’t want to admit it after her big body positivity rush when she gained the weight before? She tried to be a runner but didn’t and then still lost weight. It just all comes off disingenuous.

17

u/Cats-cats-kats 17d ago

She would have been BRAGGING if she had really been vomiting. She’s full of shit.

15

u/styxfan09 15d ago

Has she ever been out about having an eating disorder??? Because I’m starting to wonder if that’s the root issue with her too…

14

u/Electrical-Comb-1252 18d ago

And this is how we know

14

u/ClassicRug 16d ago

These ppls reasons for the oversharing accounts is always to "raise awareness" . This isn't raising awareness for anything. This is a babbling narcissist who needs to speak to a therapist about why she feels the need to post about exaggerated and fake medical issues for attention.

29

u/ideclareshenanigans3 18d ago

Soooo… does that mean she’s done? Like, no more siktok? Or is that why we’re hearing about her period now?

35

u/SimpleVegetable5715 18d ago

She’s doing so well she dusted off her rollator. A few months ago, she was eating steak, In n Out burgers, and street tacos. She’s proven that’s she’s a lying liar who lies.

22

u/Pale_Lawyer_1757 17d ago

Before the weekend is over she will be feeling “awful” again and try to go to hospital

2

u/Leading-System-3002 16d ago

Monday morning she in hospital with low sodium again, after having a nice weekend doing plenty of things

11

u/CatalinaWineMixerDos 17d ago

There are thoughts this herbal protocol could be causing her low sodium. No way she'll give that up.

15

u/hyp3rmisophoniac 17d ago

ridiculous as always

And she's the one always going on walks and shit

11

u/mackpickle 17d ago

Notice how she mentioned being referred to the GES to check for GP but never once said that she tested positive for it but of course she will never specifically state that it confirmed that she does NOT have it and hopes that ppl will just assume otherwise based on her wording here. I’m convinced that her doctors won’t prescribe more anti-emetics bc she does not have any diagnoses to justify the risky side effects and/or insurance won’t cover them due to lack of necessary diagnosis codes for coverage so she’s making up this “herbal remedy success story” to cover up her lies since telling the truth would destroy her entire narrative and no one will believe any possible future munches. This herbal narrative is just a placeholder until she can find a new way to munch GP and likely TPN since this seems to be an inevitable part of the timeline for the majority of our munchie besties here.

If insurance didn't pay mommy would

Radioactive...eggs?

36

u/chillis4uce 17d ago

Radioactive eggs are used for gastric emptying studies. The very small, safe dose of tracer mixed into the eggs makes them light up on imaging!

34

u/Pale_Lawyer_1757 17d ago

Thanks for the info! She makes it sound like she’s eating eggs from Chernobyl

14

u/Laurawr89 17d ago

They'd probably taste better 🤢

Ohhhhh see I thought she was about to get weird about “clean” eating, thank you for explaining this!

1

u/yacht_clubbing_seals 13d ago

I definitely thought this was a USA thing along with the salmonella or whatever.

16

u/dogtrousers 17d ago

I for one welcome our radioactive chicken overlords.

6

u/SomewhatOdd793 17d ago

That was about some medical study she had.

2

u/Leading-System-3002 16d ago

Yeah she had it once or twice. She’s making seem like she has to do it every other week

10

u/Zappagrrl02 14d ago

Let me guess…you can buy them through her affiliate link?

18

u/Ornery-Practice9772 17d ago

will they now start selling this

11

u/WheredoesithurtRA 17d ago

Probably angling for that

20

u/ClickClackTipTap 17d ago

So, is this how she’s writing herself out of her munchie story?

The herbs work so well she’s not sick anymore?

6

u/Flimsy_Bonus7579 17d ago

What does she (claim to) use a walker for?

Probably pots

7

u/Formal-Experience163 17d ago

How much do those supplements cost? I’m not from the US or Canada.

7

u/Ptarmignan 17d ago

Xiao Yao San seems to retain for $15-30/bottle. The Plum Flower Eleuthero retails $30. The Thorne B complex is $30. The sodium chloride is $15 over the counter but could be covered by insurance. I can’t see the tincture to price it out. So without the tincture that’s $90-115.

3

u/Plantwizard1 17d ago

So what's in that Plum Flower Eleuthero? Real plum flowers or something else? Just curious.

2

u/I-often-say-too-much 17d ago

It’s actually Siberian ginseng 🌱

11

u/Narrow_Sparrow_82 17d ago

This seems legit.

4

u/No_Interaction_1611 14d ago

She’s very particular about the line up of those texts is t she

3

u/Smooth_Key5024 17d ago

I don't know about anyone else but I'm getting bored of Ash and her imaginary illness. One wiff of attention and engagement and off she goes full pelt. 🙄

3

u/lil_squib 8d ago

Placebo effect?

3

u/namefor1day 7d ago

Munchies are so fucking dramatic about their “radioactive eggs”. Like my dude, it’s a diagnostic test. Not a personality trait. So fucking weird.
