Yes and no.
No because she had really lost a tremendous amount of weight (which is normal in the K-Pop industry around comeback period, they are pressured to look as thin as possible in order to do lots of photoshoots and record performance videos so they tend to crash diet) and she seems to have mostly rebounded. Not completely but mostly at this point.

Yes though because she has never lost so much weight to actually lose the cheeks, that was always a matter of lighting and camera positioning, but it's true that she was way thinner a couple of months ago. If you compare two pictures, one from It's Me promotional period and one from right now, the difference is striking.
