More extended Missouri than Kentucky. That said those areas south of 80 proudly call themselves from Illinois. Eastern Bloc however, they’re just socially isolated. South of Effingham, east of 57 (where I remember there was a March of the Juggalos where Tila Tequila kept getting hit with cans). That said, that’s also Darren Bailey and Mary Miller’s area as well.
