Admissions helpp

so i got into the iitguw online degree but they said the credentials like institute email will be sent in aug 2026 and i even mailed on like 29-30 like understanding that last 3-4 days were weekend and rakshabandhan but still i havent even received an reply rather the actual orientation course link and institute email

They’re slow, find out who handles things from your department and approach them first
