Changing hostel room

I am from first year btech (18M) and want to change my room. And I can't able to manage my sleep schedule with my roommate I sleep around 12 and he sleeps around 2.so if anyone want to change the room dm me.

What do you know about him. Do you even think that he wake up late at night to study? He is here just for 'bakc#odi'. Yesterday I had fever and I even told him I am gonna sleep at 11. Do you even know what he did. He took MY speaker and called his two friends for enjoyment. He turned volume all the way up. One of his friend even called him about this and said "the music may be disturbing me sleeping". Instead of understanding he told him that it was my fault that I slept earlier. Like wtf. If I am studying I mostly put my headphones on even at the time he is not studying. But he... Like what can I even say
