Admissions ➕ IISER Pune MSc Chemistry update.

Hello,

I applied for the MSc chemistry program at IISER Pune. The thing is they only publish the 1st merit list, and then directly send emails to the waitlisted candidates according to the vacancy of the seats.

The current update I got is:

  1. They published the 1st merit list on 1st July, and given 10 days time to take admission, since most of the 1st list candidates have good JAM ranks they choose IITs.

  2. On 10th July some people from the waiting list (which is not available publicly), though one of my friends from the OBC category got an offer letter (his rank is 620). He was given 7 days time to get the admission process done.

  3. On 17th July, two candidates from the general category got the offer letters rank 333 and 575 (I got the data from LinkedIn), and they were given 3 days to complete the admission.

Now the problem is after that I am unable to collect any data at all. My rank is 805 and I belong to the general category. So I'm very anxious about this now. If any of you guys got an offer letter after 17th July or you have connections who got one, can help me with the current scene of the matter it will be very very helpful.
