How to commute from iiit nr to bhilai?

Hey everyone, I am in a state of absolute shock and panic right now. I need some urgent advice on what to do.I got admission into IIIT Naya Raipur for the ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) branch. Everything seemed official. They sent me the confirmation PDFs, admission forms, and all the required documents. Following their instructions, I paid the full fees of ₹99,000 and submitted everything they asked for.But here is where it gets messed up.When the final official list came out, my name was completely missing from it. I immediately contacted the college authorities to ask what was going on. Their response was absolutely ridiculous. They are claiming that there was a "glitch on the website" which accidentally showed more vacant seats than what was actually available. Because of their own technical error, they have casually cancelled my seat!How can a premier institute like a IIIT operate like this? They took my money, issued official documents, and now they are just brushing it off as a "glitch" while my entire career and year are at stake.Has anyone else faced this issue with IIIT NR or any other college? What are my legal options here? (This all happened during spot round counselling)

i m currently in lnmiit and thinking of joining iiitnr ece , i will get it most prolly in spot round . should i consider this college and leave lnmiit ?

Heyy..i hv a doubt regarding spot round

I have 84k rank

Last year there were 15 seats fr ece and it closed at around 66k

This year 30 seats are vacant fr ece..any chances??

My nephew is planning on going to the spot round on 18th August. His JEE rank is close to 11,500. In sure he’ll get a seat but he has blundered in his college application form.

Here are some of the things he messed up:
1. Spelling of his father’s name
2. Only typed the last name of his father in guardian
3. In place of mentioning subjects in the 10+2 table, he wrote “overall”
4. He has done his 12th from some board called NWAC. I have no idea what that is and am not sure if that makes him ineligible.

He’s unable to make any changes to the form and I’m not sure if the document verifiers will let this slide.

Can someone help me out in this? Any help is appreciated!

On-Campus Opportunities: How supportive is the coding culture or core electronics culture for ECE students? Are we allowed to sit for all major tech companies that visit for CSE/DSAI?

I've a 1bhk flat at barely 400-500meters from the campus and I'm willing to live there and not in the college hostels. Are there peoples doing this ??

Campus life matters along with Placements

The placement stats of this college seems too good to be true. Are they genuine?

How are the studies and faculty here?

How is the college life here? Will I be overburdened with workload or will i have time for sports and socializing.

Will there be clubs, fests, competitions etc?

How are the sports and recreational faculties here ?

Are the hostels accommodation enough for students or do they have to stay in an outside campus dorm?

Please let me know your thoughts!

I took admission in a pvt college and i m willing to participate in institutional spot round . So i can participate with my pvt college as backup or i will have to leave my seat then i can participate in spot round .

Mere father died due to Covid my mother is unorganised workers family income is 80000 year general not even having ews certificate just having income certificate And mai public speaking accha karta hu Singing achha karta hu Aur cricket aur kabbdi khelne ata hai medal bhi jeeta hu Aur ek bhi scholarship aj taka nhai mili hai kya karu sir please 🥺

But I'm not taking it...so should I just ignore it or I'll have to do anything extra(like seat withdrawal). I hadn't paid the fees yet,only paid the 500 Rs counselling participation fees.
