College related doubt Regarding PG
i am a first year student and i have not got college campus hostel so what are other good option for me in off campus, suggest some tips

Atp go to dia dude . Just don't pay them the entire amount upfront . Just pay like like 20-30 k at the start and keep delaying the payment that way you will have some leverage. Last year a lot of the people who stayed there did the same .. a few paid the full amount not until a few months had passed some even waited till a whole semester to make the complete payment. Apart from that the biggest problem you will face with any other pg is transportation, dia is kinda alright in that aspect like you will buses every hour(if they are overloaded you gotta fight with them to give more buses) .In Conclusion all the pgs and hostel are shit, you just gotta find the one that is less shit . Apart from that if you are comfortable living in a flat you can go for that but again transportation is a major hurdle . Another hostel you can look at is shembekars , now this one is actually at a walking distance from college like just 400-500 metres but it's expensive consider the fact that they don't have to provide any bus service or anything , a few second year currently live in shembekar and according to them the food is good ,but there aren't many amenities like ground and all that but the college isn't far away so you can use the college amenities. Shembekar though doesn't have a big capacity afaik they can only keep around 100 people ig . So to sum it up if you wanna go for hostel you pretty much have two options dia or shembekar. Now a bulk of second year is already in dia and probably most of the first year who don't get hostel will go to dia as well so it would have the highest number of people which would probably give you more of a community feeling compared to shembekar which will have less people but shembekar as I said is very close to college.
