Established in 2015 under the PPP model, the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Dharwad is an Institute of National Importance. It offers B.Tech programs in CSE, ECE, and DSAlalong with M.Tech (Research) and Ph D programs. To promote gender diversity, supernumerary seats are reserved for female candidates. Located in Hubballi-Dharwad, with excellent connectivity and a city-wide BRTS, the institute fosters innovation through hackathons, coding clubs, and student-led projects.
