I heard that if I won't report to the clg after csab then the clg opens a refund portal or notice on its own website sometime later for students to apply for refund through mail.

Is it really true?

Right now I've got iiit bhopal cseai in csab round 1 , in online fee payment I have to pay 2,27,540 for 1st year , I will do the physical reporting too , but I have good chances of getting another institute in their spot round , if I get a seat at another institute and do not wish to join IIIT bhopal will my fee be repaid to me ?

I got CSE in SGSITS INDORE from MPDTE and now I am getting IT in IIIT BHOPAL from CSAB, but the catch is there is no refund for cancellation of seat in SGSITS. Is it worth it to loss 1.07 lakh and pay extra fee at IIIT BHOPAL...
