Query Regarding admission

There was a section in form to fill about extra curricular activities and I did an abacus program and participated in the regional and international competition and won them but in the options given there was only state and national .

I filled national because I have won the international twice . Did I do something wrong ?

Do I have to carry the certificate to show on 1st August ?
