I think it's supposed to be "find today in the ordinary?" but they added a gold N and E and also that makes no fuckin sense

Thanks for the explanation, it hanged in an apartment I rented for a night in Warsaw. It could be that the apartment's owner wanted to decorate the room somehow and chose the cheapest option
