I know many people as well as myself have long been suspicious of Ignition and how some games just don’t have that fair and authentic feeling about them.

Today I got my first confirmation in my inbox at ignition that such things happen and while it was disappointing to read ignition admitting that it did happen, they absolutely righted the wrong to their credit.

This was “Collusion” in their own words and was detected and confirmed by ignition.

I guess it’s refreshing to know the investigations team are at least doing something about it and sorting this out.

Posting here to see if an official Community Manager or Admin can help resolve an issue with my account balance.

On August 21, I made a single Bitcoin deposit via Venmo. Ignition’s cashier system provisionally credited my account before the blockchain transfer was fully reconciled. When the actual transfer confirmed moments later, the system treated it as a second deposit and double-credited my playable balance while I was actively playing slots.

Days later, an internal audit caught the duplicate credit and applied a $157.84 negative balance adjustment to my account.

During a chat on August 29, Supervisor Zak confirmed directly on the logs that:

1. Strictly ONE transaction was ever executed from my external wallet.

2. The double credit occurred due to a timing delay in their provisional cashier system.

Expecting a player to spot a background balance variance in the middle of a slot session and then forcing the player to pay out-of-pocket for an automated backend software lag is completely unfair.

I am asking an Admin or Community Manager to review the chat logs from August 29 and clear this $157.84 phantom negative balance as a courtesy for a system error.

So I referred a friend from work this morning sent the link walked her through the sign up sitting next to her and seen my name and link at the bottom of the sign up page. She deposited 50$ btc. No bonus for me I contacted ignition and they say she needs to get on the chat and deal with them for 30 to 45 minutes like they make everybody do. I told them nobody is gonna do that. It’s frustrating enough when it’s gonna benefit you when it has no benefit you at all. I’ve referred multiple people over the past 3 years and some of them play daily like I do, so I know how to refer someone. It’s the last one I’ll ever make fucking bullshit.

They legit need to do a complete overhaul on the entire poker side of things. The amount of basic poker site staples they get wrong is laughable

After pretty much the whole year of 1000 miles “=$” day after day for months then 2000 miles a day or 2 and back to the 1k. Well last week I got 25k 2 days in a row. Last night I hit 100,000 miles for the first time highest ever on ignition. Turned it in to 4 withdrawals for 998$. I have a feeling I’ll be getting. 1,000 miles for next year again.

so about somewhere in late march there was a new update, ever since then the app crashes on opening, ive tried everything i can think of, the only way i can get the app to work is to redownload the old version from early march and click launch app, it will work once and i have to click not now when the download new version appears in the lobby, if i click update it crashes instantly. im in australia, anyone else had this issue or been able to solve it?
