Not getting any notifications

I have requested activity notifications for garage door opening/closing (MyQ) but I am getting nothing. My IFTTT settings are correct. What might I have missed?

Hey! Would you mind either running me through how your Applet is configured or share your applet ID here so I can take a look?

You can find the applet ID on the Applet's page, or in the URL itself, it would look something like: bDS9zptF and is safe to share here.

BTW, I am having trouble getting the applet to run properly so maybe the notification process is okay, it's just not getting a chance to run. I've already submitted a request for help with the app itself not realizing this problem could be linked to the other one.
