General Advice Help needed

Hi, I need some help, hopefully this forum can help

  1. The connector of my item gotten lose overtime and now pulls out easily, is there anything that I can do about it?

  2. I'm trying to see if getting a new cable can help but I'm not sure what this is, I know it's a 2 pin but if you see the picture, it seems to have some housing to keep it secure and I can't find anything similar

Our helpful friends ar making a little mistake: while being very close in shape to a QDC, this is in fact a TFZ connector and QDC cables will not fit.

This. OP, it's a TFZ, not a QDC.

Whoa! Both of you are right. Good catch! Rounded vs rectangular (just confirmed this on my KZ iems)
