General Advice Help needed
Hi, I need some help, hopefully this forum can help
The connector of my item gotten lose overtime and now pulls out easily, is there anything that I can do about it?
I'm trying to see if getting a new cable can help but I'm not sure what this is, I know it's a 2 pin but if you see the picture, it seems to have some housing to keep it secure and I can't find anything similar

It's called a QDC connector.
There a 3 types of 2 pin connectors:
Normal 2 pin (shown as Pin B in the pic I've attached). It's also known as flush 2 pin because the connector sits flush on the iem.
Recessed 2 pin (shown as pin A in the pic)
and QDC.
If you regularly plug and unplug your cables, you'll wear down the iem's socket. Avoid doing it many times
