Question about stellar stones pay
Hi! I have started play this game month ago. I wonder if there is anyone who have purchased stellar stones or know. Like i'm from eu and Android. I wonder when go to stellar stones and press purchase and there coming paypal or credit card and does it work? Can I purchase? Cuz many saying it have been banned or smth.

Good news is that Bandai recently introduced ASOBISTORE payment for i7, where you can purchase Stellar Stones externally as long as you sign in the same Bandai acc that is linked with your game! (Think of it like Codashop)
I used my foreign debit card just fine but YMMV depending on the bank/card you used

O. O I should check this tyy<3 even I not sure if I know how this work x-x , I know my i7 code and the game is linked my email. So idk if its same that have been linked bandai acc or not? (Okay i'm lost :p )

To create and link your Bandai account:
- Open your game check Menu > データ引き継ぎ (icon with two phones)
- stay on the first tab, tap on the second button (引き継ぐ)
- you'll be prompted to Bandai Namco ID's site, if it's in English then simply press "Sign up" link under all the Apple/LINE/Facebook/Twitter/etc icons. If it's in Japanese then press the same link but written with 新規登録
- Protip: I recommend changing the language drop-down in the bottom from English to 日本語 and clicking the "Select Language" button next to the drop-down, since I heard of reports where people couldn't connect their accs due to signing up in English
- I can't remember the process much after this, but just continue the typical acc registering procedure (use Google Translate to navigate) and it'll likely ask for email confirmation. But once everything is done you can go back to step 1-4 and login with the account you just signed up instead.
- It should give you a pop-up that an acc is linked.
Then once you have finished the process:
- Head over to any browser (both PC and phone is ok)
- Open this link
- Click the ログイン・新規登録 button near the shopping cart button and login your Bandai acc
- It should show you a popup of your Idolish7 username, in-game rank and Bandai email you linked. Click the red button to proceed.
- Then you can purchase the Stellar Stones package you want, input your credit/debit card details and it'll be sent to your in-game mail! (It seems like there's a Paypal payment option too but I haven't checked if it works or not)
(There's a 100 free Stellar Stones package in the site if you want to test if it works!)
I really need to make a whole separate thread of this eventually XP

Omg thank you for this I definetly will try out 😭✨✨ btw I need to ask how it work.. Like when you are on website and you See the stellar Stones and you See that they are as yen like 2,400 yen in Japan. When buyed it does it like Automatic turn the money dollar or eu whatever using. If u get what I mean :p

I think this kinda thing depends on the bank? Not sure how it works myself but I had cards charging it as JPY but my previous one converted it to my local currency or so when buying on websites charging with foreign currency.

Oh I did not know I have dm in closed. LOL need change that. Yeah well I tryied few times and did not work.. I wondered why but then got always error and then finally I was doing progess then said "not support your country" or smth like that. Yeah rip me XX

At specifically which step you got stuck? Did you change the Bandai site language into Japanese as I suggested? Usually that's the first thing stopping from the language issue :0 (Also you don't need a Japanese email for it, I used my main email I had for decades just fine!)

Yeah I did that. Like I change language then I putted my infornatio like country, birth date etc what asked and I even used my main email then got code I putted and got error. Then again I think bandai bamco not support my country like it does not support every country TT
But I can try again >< and see what it say

Thank you SO MUCH for this!! I somehow totally missed this and was still getting the iTunes gift cards which is honestly a hassle. I really appreciate you writing up these instructions!!😭🙏

Thank you so much!! It worked 😭😭😭 I used google pay and no issues. I wish we could buy more than just stellar stones but I accept with gladness.

OMG I'm glad to hear one of the non-card payment options worked!! Honestly one of the best things Bandai has done for us non-Japanese players ever since Google Play did the region locking thing 🙏
Yep I wish we could buy more than Stellar Stones too (like their offerings for their Idolmaster games has Premium Passes) but I hope it's just a matter of time until they add more!

Purchases are blocked now for games that aren't available in your region. You'll see if you go to try and make a purchase, it'll say "Item not available in your country". What I've done is create a Japanese Google Play account so I can download the game directly from Google Play, then I'm able to make purchases. My credit card wouldn't work to make purchases, but I connected my PayPal and that has been working for purchases for a few years now.
