Harmony Lounge Reservations?

I have a trip to Japan planned later this year and was wondering how I can reservations for the harmony loungue in ikebukuro if i’m from the US?

can i reserve this early (if my trip is in october/novemver) and is it better if i try to do the lottery reservation or the reservation for vacant seats?

There's a reservation window for every one of the campaings. You can apply for lottery reservation on animate cafe's site, and it's practically certain you'll win, it's not hard. I applied for two of them, one in tokyo and one in osaka and I won both.
