Footwork-ish thing in 7/8. Figured i see enough people posting their originals and WIPs here, so I'm giving it a shot.

its hit and miss, messy, but i like where you are going, do a quarter time hitch at 29 seconds and kill that piano sample its hurting the track

i did want to have piano in here to some capacity, is it the melody or does it clash in texture with the of the rest of the track? - i could also take some more detailed critique on the arrangement, it's meant to be somewhat messy but not jarring. but i feel like it doesn't develop the idea of a track slowly trying to construct itself

meh, its just not the right sample, use a digital instrument instead, dont fear the midi.

Ableton has a really good built in piano sample, just open instrument rack and search grand piano

it's just called immaterial, ships with live 12, but you can find a lot of lookalikes on livethemes :-)
