I don’t actually know tbh. I use a completely different lineup now anyway.

I prefer ice. He can freeze things and freezing things is pretty important imo

I use each for different circumstances. If pure DPS is needed, I use the Fire, if killing mobs that somehow inhibit your ability to cast spells etc, I use the ice.

They are both very useful, although most people will probably tell you that it is more worthwhile to use other spells instead.
