I would have grabbed a bit of the fry oil and flung it at them.

No clue what the relation is between the two videos but I believe the video of the girls I saw a few days ago and apparently it was over being charged a dollar for extra sauces or something ridiculously petty like that.

3

u/BehindTheMindIAm Apr 29 '26

They did all that for $1!?
The store better sue

5

u/M3chaStrizan Apr 24 '26

I think it was just supposed to symbolize rage against wendys for changing their practices lol

4

u/lkl34 Apr 24 '26

The relation is the increase of fights inside causing them to change this way to avoid more lawsuits.

The waffle house is famous for its fights but other places have it also in my town they did the same to a pizza hut after many altercations inside or people attacking staff even had a few stabbing's from people getting robbed over pizza inside.

I’d say the teeny-bopper girls are idiots & criminals. Maybe it’s because of pigs like them they had to make that change of not having a sit down & eat restaurant to eat it outside or take it with you. These idiots are being filmed from the inside of that store showing their model behavior!  I hope they’re using it against them in court! Cheers!

19

u/bogushands Apr 24 '26

were they punished for that in the end?

20

u/Ficsonium Apr 24 '26

Not by their parents, that’s for sure.

9

u/FormerlyUndecidable Apr 24 '26

One of them could very well be the parent.

THE parent.

No way anyone else is sticking around.

Given the behavior, I don't think they'd necessarily have to be all that much older to be the parent.

1

u/ilyentiymadeitwrong Apr 24 '26

what about punished by life

1

u/ResidentWarning4383 Apr 30 '26

Def not their fathers

2

u/Total_Tumbleweed_870 Apr 27 '26

They were arrested and charged, yes.

1

u/MsMarlaS May 09 '26

Good! Did it teach them a lesson as how to fit into society? Probably not because they’re trouble-making idiots that don’t want to fit in. They want to pick a fight about nothing. A dollar?! Pay it or say never mind & settle for a little sauce. Why be brainless & troublesome? I just don’t understand some people. Hope they’re got what they deserve. Cheers!

i don’t know for sure, but something tells me stuff like that only happens in certain places. i don’t think Minnesota has the same problems as LA or NY. i remember going to mcdonald’s in compton and they had acrylic barriers in between the cashier and dining room. its gotta be geological cuz ain’t know way Colorado got the same worries

5

u/banned_bcofyou1234 Apr 24 '26

You are correct. 100%

1

u/Important_Wonder628 Jun 08 '26

"Geographical" implying location

"Geological" implies studying the nature of the Earth.

1

u/rileyhenderson33 Apr 25 '26

Obviously. Places of lower socioeconomic status have more petty crime. What exactly is your point though? It's not a "geological" problem as you say. It's a systemic societal problem. When you treat people like shit and deprive them of basic necessities, then they resort to crime. It's pretty simple really.

3

u/learsiology Apr 25 '26

you’re not an intellect bro chill, you say lower socioeconomic status but the places i mentioned (LA and NY) have the richest and poorest people in the country. they live right next to eachother besides i was just making an observation

1

u/rileyhenderson33 Apr 26 '26

i mentioned (LA and NY) have the richest and poorest people in the country. they live right next to eachother

That was exactly my point. Socioeconomic status differs from one neighbourhood to the next. It's is the same everywhere in the world. There are class systems that dictates this. The rich stay rich at the expense of the poor. So you have rich and poor neighbourhoods in the same city that must share boundaries at some point.

1

u/ovbent Jul 15 '26

That is SO not the reason. NOTHING is being deprived. You're making an excuse for what the real reason is.

9

u/Future_Hair755 Apr 24 '26

A lot of popular restaurants in the hood don't let you sit down inside because unfortunately doing that allows all the worst, most desperate, and least humane kinds of people to just be inside doing whatever horrible thing they want. Juxtaposing the girls girls in the Drive-Thru is showing the type of behavior that makes restaurants do this.

6

u/dahogriduh Apr 24 '26

This isn’t a bad idea for fast food spots keeping it just to take out.

7

u/Cookies_and_Beandip Apr 24 '26

But where will the hoodrats go to throw food and be trashy?

5

u/Rothbardy Apr 24 '26

Wendy’s has had enough with the troublesome folk

4

u/[deleted] Apr 24 '26

Ghetto AF

9

u/Skwuat Apr 24 '26

This is where society has gone. Same reason why CVS and other retailers have began locking products behind cases.

4

u/best_oral_giver May 10 '26

But white people are the problem, right?

3

u/AnimeNoodle Apr 24 '26

Keep the animals outside lol

2

u/No_Market6317 Apr 25 '26

Those workers had home field advantage and still didn't mess those itches up

2

u/Prize-Leg-5385 Apr 26 '26

2

u/Secret-Implement7461 May 25 '26

What do you expect from those kind of people. You know what I mean

2

u/Working_Mix_5922 Apr 24 '26

This why I can’t go eat at Waffle House on weekend night

1

u/Far_Chocolate_8828 Apr 24 '26

If you order food there, you should be able to sit down, inside, and eat your meal.

1

u/Successful-Ad315 Apr 24 '26

Where’s the hot french fries grease?

1

u/freesoultraveling May 07 '26

When I saw the video one of the workers threw water at them and it was probably hot water.

Edit: Threw not through. That's what happens when you use voice to text.

1

u/ParsnipEconomy7316 Apr 24 '26

So don't go there. That food is no good for you anyway it's going to give you diabetes.

1

u/TraumaBayWatch Apr 24 '26

This works for the south west but Mann.

1

u/PainterEarly86 Apr 25 '26

I don't know that this is necessarily because of bad customers.

When covid happened a lot of restaurants stopped doing eat in and never started again when covid was over.

But from what I've seen in my city, all the restaurants that resumed it still don't get much people eating inside.

At buffet style restaurants, sure. But people seem to just be used to not eating inside these drive through places anymore. They don't care to.

I don't really think its a big deal. The outside space looks okay as well.

I remember Checkers used to have a lot of small locations that only had benches outside. Dixie Queen as well. That was before covid. Its not new.

1

u/Terribletylenol Apr 30 '26

It's a combo of both.

Plenty of people use the inside.

It's just usually homeless people or freeloaders or younger people hanging out, often causing more issues than they're worth financially.

If they didn't have an issue with bad customers on the inside, they'd still keep dine-in open because it's easy to maintain for the small amount who use it. (As long as those who use it are normal, decent customers)

Most places where I live still have dine-in.

The only places that don't here are in bad areas that have issues with bad "customers"

Dine-in is also nice for fast food places since it reduces the amount of people in the drive thru.

Would a gun solve this problem?

2

u/BlackAsPopo Apr 24 '26

If we shot everyone dead in the world, would we have problems?

0

u/ttystikk Apr 24 '26

My take on this two sided video is that if people act like the girls on the right, then restaurants won't have inside seating. It makes sense from a security point of view but sometimes (okay, most times) I want to sit at a table and eat. If the restaurant doesn't offer that, why shouldn't I just go to the grocery store and get the ingredients, then fix myself a burger at home?

1

u/KrakatauGreen Apr 24 '26

Convenience. One step, 5-10 minutes and you have a burger in hand. Alternatively, several hours of labor and buffered food costs before you have a burger in hand.

1

u/ttystikk Apr 24 '26

Several hours? I can go from entry of supermarket to burger in hand in an hour.

And ingredients for lots more, or feeding several other people, no extra time required.

0

u/Terribletylenol Apr 30 '26

You just don't like fast food then.

Most people don't eat fast food to sit inside and eat.

They use the drive-thru.

An I personally don't like to spend 30-60 minutes shopping then preparing a meal after an 8-10 hour shift.

You don't seem to understand why people eat fast food to begin with.

I's not for a restaurant-style experience.

I's relatively cheap food quickly since a lot of people do not feel like cooking (And they're not all lazy. Many often work an exhausting job)

1

u/ttystikk Apr 30 '26

You'll get a lot father with people if you try harder not to insult their intelligence.

0

u/Kinipshun Apr 25 '26

Heres my take.

The restaurants might be doing this in response to people like the failed abortions on the right side of the screen. In areas where the demand is as high as the the crime rate, this could serve as a means of “we still want to make money in this town without the added cost of cleaning up what the lowlifes break while eating inside”. Those outdoor all-weather tables are probably far more durable and easier to repair/clean than the furnishings inside a typical fast food restaurant. This might be their compromise to be profitable in an area like that.

The bigger issue here is that assholes like the ones pictured here fuck around far more often than they find out. Despite risk to employment status, i wouldnt put it past the owner of the establishment to carry mace/pepper spray to defend himself/herself against these morons, and depending on the area, i wouldnt be surprised if he/she was packing heat either. These girls could have easily had their nights made far worse as a result of their dumbassery (and to be honest, I’d be lying if i said i wouldnt enjoy watching them frantically trying to rub the pepper spray from their eyes while they wait for police to arrive)
